Coming off a dominant 54‑7 win over Western Force, the Lions aimed to sustain attacking fluency and sharpen combinations. With Tomos Williams injured, Gibson‑Park took the starting spot and aimed to quickly gel with Russell – it was a crucial test ahead of the Test series.
